THE INTRODUCTION: the purpose of the research paper is the evaluation of the Japanese nourishing pattern with consideration of 6 groups foodstuffs division.
THE MATERIAL AND THE METHOD: the questionnaire research taken into consideration selected products the uptake was carried out
among 60 Japanese men residing in Japan permanently.
THE RESULTS: the frequency of selected products uptake was employed in the evaluation of eating habits in
the tested group.
CONCLUSIONS: 1. The analysis corollas of the selected alimentary products consumed by the Japanese confirms characteristic and different for this group nourishing pattern.
2. Nourishing pattern in the tested group can be acknowledge to comply with proper nourishment commendations.
3. It is worth to use selected parts of Japanese nutrition in Polish diet as an example of proper nutrition
