Accepted manuscripts are PDF versions (only) of the final manuscript, accepted for publication – i.e. after the authors have made the changes suggested in the review, but before editing and typesetting. When citing this version of the article, please include the authors’ names, article title, journal title, year of publication and DOI identifier, with the note “post-print”.

Accepted manuscript, after editing by the publisher, proofreading by the author(s) and typesetting, will be replaced by the final version (final typeset which may contain changes compared to the previous one), and the article will be published in the current issue.

The publisher recommends that authors use the final version published on the AAMS website.
